I handle everything from ICP research and offer positioning through to cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and appointment setting. Qualified conversations land in your calendar. You just close them.

I'm Chris. I've spent 15 years inside digital agencies running paid media, building outbound systems, and growing pipelines for businesses across every sector. I now work with a small number of agencies on their own new business function, alongside my day job as Business Development Manager at Creatomatic.
Most agencies are brilliant at the work but terrible at selling it. They rely on referrals, the odd inbound, and whichever director has time to send a few LinkedIn messages. I fix that. Not with a spray-and-pray approach, but with slow, considered outreach that actually represents your brand well.
You deal directly with me. No juniors, no account managers, no handoffs. I take on a small number of clients so each one gets proper attention.
We define what a great client looks like, what success means, and which offers to lead with. Pain and problem focused, not generic pitches. Any case studies, credentials, or credentials decks you can share come in here too.
I research your ideal client profile and build a targeted prospect list using Apollo and Sales Navigator. Typically 500 to 1,000 contacts to start, verified and cleaned before anything goes out.
Sending domains purchased, warmed up, and monitored. LinkedIn profile optimised. Cold email sequences written. Lead magnet created. Everything built before a single message goes out.
LinkedIn connection and nurture sequences run in parallel with cold email. All replies managed by me. Conversations that go quiet get followed up. I represent your brand so everything goes out professionally.
Any lead that meets the agreed qualifying criteria gets sent straight to your Slack, CRM, or inbox with a proper introduction. A short case study sequence runs between handoff and the first call so you're not going in cold.
If we haven't generated qualified conversations within 90 days of going live, I continue at no charge until we do. I only take on clients I'm confident I can deliver for, so this rarely comes up.
You specialise in a channel and deliver strong results for clients, but your own pipeline relies on word of mouth and the occasional inbound. You want consistent new business conversations without a full-time BDM on the payroll.
You're project-based, which means pipeline inconsistency is a constant problem. You know what a great client looks like but you don't have the systems to go out and find them consistently.
You offer a broad set of services and your sweet spot is mid-market clients with decent budgets. You need outreach that reflects your positioning properly, not spray-and-pray sequences that undermine the brand you've built.
Agencies looking for a quick blast of cold email with no strategy behind it. Solo freelancers under £100k revenue. Anyone who wants volume over quality. Outbound done properly takes time to build, and I'm not the right fit if you need results in four weeks.
I'm Business Development Manager at Creatomatic, a Scottish digital agency. I'm not an outsider guessing at what agency new business looks like. I know the sales cycle, the objections, the pricing conversations, and what actually moves the needle.
I'm not running 10,000 email blasts on your behalf. Every message that goes out represents your agency. The approach is targeted, personal, and genuinely useful to the person receiving it. That's what builds relationships, not just reply rates.
The retainer covers my time and the infrastructure. But the commission structure means I have a direct financial interest in the quality of every lead I pass over. No incentive to pad numbers or send you conversations that go nowhere.
No juniors, no handoffs, no account managers who don't know your business. I take on a small number of clients at any one time specifically so each one gets the attention it deserves.
Primarily digital agencies: paid media, SEO, web design, development, and full-service. The sweet spot is agencies with 5 to 50 staff who are strong at delivery but have no dedicated new business function. If you're unsure whether you fit, book a call and I'll be straight with you.
3 months. Outbound at this level takes time to build properly. The first two weeks are infrastructure and setup, then sequences warm up over the following weeks. After the 3-month minimum it is rolling monthly with 30 days notice.
For one-off projects (web builds, audits, strategy engagements), it's 10% of the total project value on signed contract. For ongoing retainers (SEO, paid media management), it's 10% of 6 months management fee on signed contract. We agree what counts as a qualified lead at the start, so there's no ambiguity later.
I handle all outbound replies and manage the nurture process. Once a lead meets the qualifying criteria we agreed at kick-off, I hand them over to you with an introduction and a pre-call nurture sequence already running. The sales conversation is yours.
The first two weeks are build and setup. From launch, most clients start seeing responses within 4 to 6 weeks. Agency-to-agency B2B sales cycles at meaningful budget levels take time, so we track progress in conversations started and pipeline value, not just closed deals.
A small number, typically 3 to 5 active clients at any one time. When I'm full I operate a short waitlist. If you're interested it's worth getting in touch sooner rather than later.
Book a free 20-minute call and I'll tell you whether this is the right fit. No pitch, no pressure.
